Union Budget

Union budget is the assemblage of the overall national expenditure and the planned use of the money available to the govt. The union budget is prepared by the central finance ministry and is presented by the finance minister itself in the parliament. Generally the budget is put in the February and is enforced by the April. After the presentation of the budget, the debate is carried out in order to discuss the details of the budget.
